Starting up tip 3

Last time I spoke about Blogging and how essential it is that you setup a Blog to get some presence on the web so you can start making money.

To track your traffic you should also sign up to Google Analytics which is free. You should setup 'goals' within Analytics, so you can see not only where your traffic is coming from, but also if they are signing up to your site.

Once you have a little traffic coming in, you could also sign up to http://www.google.com/adsense to begin earning money!

You may of heard about Adsense, it’s basically Google’s advertising system for web publishers and it’s the most popular way to monetize sites on the net!

Wait *until* you have some traffic, before you sign up to Adsense though. You also need a lot of great content on your site that will generate the traffic

Remember, no traffic = no clicks = no money. ;)

You should also get yourself a PayPal account if you do not already have one. You need some way of safely sending and receiving money on the Internet. PayPal is the most popular method of doing just that.
